ABOUT FIVEHEADS SOCCER
Fiveheads Soccer makes its international football tournament a one-player-per-side contest between enormous-headed cartoon athletes. The field is small and the response to a bouncing ball must be quick.
Because the ball can return immediately after your own shot, standing too far forward leaves an open goal. The large head still makes headers a potent counterattacking tool.
HOW TO PLAY FIVEHEADS SOCCER
- Move, jump and kick using the shared direction and shoot keys.
- Defend first, then convert a blocked ball into a quick strike.
Controls
- Move / jump: Arrow keys or WASD
- Shoot: Space or X
TIPS AND TRICKS
- Retreat toward your goal as soon as a blocked attack rebounds into the middle.
- Instead of leaping at every high ball, judge whether a safer interception will arrive near your defensive side.
- Intercept with a header and attack the rebound while the other player is still descending from the previous attempt.
- Use the oversized head to loft the ball away from a forward-charging opponent.
- A high header from near the halfway line can start an attack, but if it's blocked the ball may return before you get home. Meet favorable aerial balls with the big head and only then commit forward.
FAQ
Why is staying back sometimes better than pressing?
An aggressive missed shot can rebound across the short field into an unguarded goal.
Does one team field several characters?
No. A single oversized-headed player represents each side.
How can a header start a counterattack?
Meet an incoming ball with the enlarged head to turn defense into a lofted shot upfield.
When is conservative positioning useful?
Against a strong opponent, stand where you can intercept the return before committing to the next attack.
What should you do after missing a shot?
Move back toward your defensive side immediately instead of assuming possession is still yours.
